THE LONG STORY
A former warehouse was transformed into a sophisticated yet welcoming community beer hall, blending modern design with the building’s original charm. Nolita Hall’s interior showcases exposed redwood framing and concrete walls, paired seamlessly with contemporary features. Expansive 12’ - 13’ quad-fold doors and a dramatic 60’ skylight that transitions into a 15’ counterweighted window, flood the space with natural light throughout the day. The versatile layout includes a cozy fireplace lounge, a recreational and game-viewing area, and a kitchen-width window offering a glimpse into the action. Dining options range from long communal tables accented with marble, standard booths for six, to spacious mega-booths accommodating groups of 6-10. Each zone features a distinct style, while thoughtfully integrated design elements unify the space, creating a harmonious flow throughout.
