Fox Point Farms

Located in Encinitas, CA, Fox Point Farms is a first-of-its-kind “agro-neighborhood” that celebrates community, craftsmanship, and California’s agricultural roots. Designed around the historic Fox Point Farms greenhouse site, the development includes a barn, event center, brewery, woodshop, apothecary, produce fields, and a market-restaurant.

For our studio, this project was an incredible opportunity to showcase how thoughtful design can create cohesion across multiple spaces while maintaining a distinct sense of place. From concept through completion, we collaborated closely with the client, architect, engineer, and all partners involved to ensure that every detail—from material selections and finishes to spatial flow and functionality—felt intentional and connected. The result is a collection of spaces that balance modern sensibility with the warmth of natural materials, featuring red cedar cladding, exposed steel, and greenhouse-inspired gathering areas that open effortlessly to the Southern California landscape. Every element was designed to feel part of a larger narrative—one that honors Encinitas’ agricultural heritage while redefining what community living can look like today.
